10 kWh HYXiPower All-in-One Home Battery in Almere

For this home in Almere, we installed a [X kWh] HYXiPower All-in-One home battery. What made this project unique was that the customer already had solar panels, but the existing inverter was undersized. As a result, some of the energy generated could never be fully utilized. Instead of installing a separate battery alongside the existing system, we connected the solar panels directly to the All-in-One’s hybrid inverter. This rendered the old inverter obsolete. This approach offers several advantages. The panels are now operating at full capacity, the solar power flows directly into the battery on the DC side without unnecessary conversions, and the customer has full insight into generation, storage, and consumption through a single app. The battery is located outside under the carport, a short distance from the meter cabinet. This way, the system doesn’t take up any space inside the house, and the battery remains well-protected. The solar panel cabling runs through a neat cable tray along the facade and across the carport structure to the battery. The connection to the meter box runs through the crawl space, where the route follows the existing charging station cable and is neatly concealed under the decking. The result: an existing solar panel system that is finally operating at its full potential, combined with smart energy storage, without sacrificing any indoor space whatsoever.
